Refund policy
This Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through the DipokeTCG website and has been prepared in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify DipokeTCG by email or through the contact form available on the website before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, DipokeTCG will reimburse all payments received for the returned products, including the standard delivery costs where required by applicable law.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by DipokeTCG will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date on which DipokeTCG receives the returned goods or the Customer provides satisfactory proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return of Goods
Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the Customer has communicated their decision to withdraw.
Products must be returned:
- complete;
- securely packaged;
- in their original condition;
- together with all accessories and original packaging where applicable.
Unless the return results from an error by DipokeTCG, the Customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The Customer remains responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and condition of the goods.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery, including Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) and similar sealed products.
- Products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned once unsealed.
- Products that have been damaged, altered or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
- Collectible trading cards that have been damaged or whose condition has deteriorated after delivery due to handling by the Customer.
5. Inspection of Returned Goods
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If a returned product has suffered damage or depreciation resulting from unnecessary handling by the Customer, DipokeTCG reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund, as permitted by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where a product is returned in a condition significantly different from that in which it was supplied, DipokeTCG may refuse the return where legally justified.
6. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request the cancellation of an order at any time before it has been dispatched.
If the order has not yet been shipped, DipokeTCG will cancel the order and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, the Customer must follow the standard withdrawal procedure described in this policy.
