1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DipokeTCG website and all purchases made through it.

DipokeTCG specializes in the sale of trading cards, sealed products and trading card accessories.

By placing an order through this website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

DipokeTCG sells genuine trading card products, including but not limited to:

• Individual cards (Singles)
• Booster Packs
• Booster Boxes
• Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
• Accessories (Sleeves, Toploaders, Binders, etc.)

Unless otherwise stated, all products are authentic.

Used cards are graded according to industry standards (Near Mint, Excellent, Good, Played, etc.). Every effort is made to accurately describe each item's condition.

As collectible items, trading cards may naturally present manufacturing characteristics such as centering differences, print lines, or slight factory imperfections. These are not considered defects unless explicitly stated.

3. Product Images

Product images are for illustrative purposes unless the listing explicitly states that the photographs show the exact item being sold.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT whenever applicable.

Prices may be changed without prior notice.

Confirmed orders will always be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

5. Orders

Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been successfully received.

DipokeTCG reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Stock inaccuracies
• Suspected fraud
• Technical errors

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payment methods available during checkout may include:

• Credit/Debit Card
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Other payment methods available on the website

Orders are only dispatched after payment confirmation.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on postal services.

DipokeTCG is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact DipokeTCG before returning any items.

Returned products must:

• be complete;
• remain unused where applicable;
• be returned in their original condition;
• include all original packaging.

Opened or unsealed sealed products (including Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, ETBs or similar sealed products) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return results from an error by DipokeTCG.

9. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are only refundable where required by applicable law.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a Customer receives an incorrect or damaged item, DipokeTCG must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs to facilitate the investigation.

Where the claim is accepted, DipokeTCG will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

• replacement;
• partial refund;
• full refund;
• return of the item at DipokeTCG's expense, where applicable.

11. Used Cards

Cards sold as used are graded according to the Seller's professional assessment.

Minor subjective differences in grading do not automatically constitute a defective product.

Customers are encouraged to review any available photos and contact DipokeTCG before purchasing if additional information is required.

12. Limitation of Liability

DipokeTCG shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All text, product descriptions, photographs, logos and other content published on the DipokeTCG website remain the intellectual property of DipokeTCG unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

14. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese legislation.

Customer information is used solely for order processing, customer support and legal obligations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection legislation.

16. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers residing within the European Union may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity for consumer disputes where applicable.
